You’re a mom in business or at least contemplating the whole idea…and chances are that you’re a natural connector. You connect with friends and family face-to-face, over social media, and arrange the family’s social schedule. The good news is the natural ability you have to connect with other people is what’s going to take your business to a new level, but only when you know how to leverage your resources.
You have only about 5 hours a day to devote to your business because you’re busy being a mom. So, how do you get everything done and still put money in your pocket, right?
What if it were possible to:
- Grow a business that leverages your time?
- FILL your revenue pipeline for sustainable business every single week that’s cheap, easy and low tech?
I’m here to tell you it’s possible and we’re going to talk about how to make this happen for you in my interview with Cena Block of www.sanespaces.com on Word of Mom Radio, March 4th 2014 @ 1pm Eastern. Here’s an overview of what you’re going to learn. http://www.blogtalkradio.com/wordofmomradio
Good News for Natural Connectors
Regardless of the business you’re in, face-to-face marketing is replacing the Internet.
Think about it. Have you unsubscribed from any email lists lately? And if you’re on the Internet, aren’t you hanging out on Facebook more than responding to email? There’s so much marketing clatter out there that most folks have pulled back and crave that one-on-one relationship selling of days gone by.
But if you’re going to jump back into the fray, there’s a much faster way to reach your target audience… and here it is.
Group Power is Back
A little background first. In my early 30’s I left a job without having another one lined up (what was I thinking). So a friend arranged an interview with her boss and I got the job.
I did well — $1,000,000 in personal sales. But it wasn’t because I was so smart. It was because I discovered the power of selling to a group.
The product I was selling was a survey to see if K – 8th grade students were interested in buying a school jacket. (Note the distinction – I was selling surveys… not jackets.)
Bottom line? After I sold the principal or PTO/PTA (my first level target customer) on taking the survey and getting the student body together (my second level target customer) I did a group presentation and sold 90 – 95% of the student body into buying a school jacket.
My big A-HA? That group selling works.
It worked then. It works even better now because it’s the fastest way to make that personal connection with your target audience. And it works regardless of the product or industry.
But how do you get in front a group? I tell you in my Free Report 3 Simple Strategies Any Professional Organizer Can Use To Generate More Revenue in Less Time.
And even though this report targets Professional Organizers, these strategies work for any business. Here’s a quick overview.
Strategy #1: Your Pathway to Profits is all about the Know, Like, Trust Factor
Who do you know that already knows, likes and trusts you – casually or not? This is Your Power Circle and is the living, breathing source of business filled with people making smart decisions about your products and services. You have a personal connection with them. I show you how to leverage these connections in my report.
Strategy #2: What’s Your Big Ass Goal?
I usually don’t talk (or write) this way, but as business owners, we can over complicate things, right? So ask yourself; “What’s the one thing I need to do every day to insure my success?” It’s your Big Ass Goal (B.A.G.) and you find out what it is by answering the questions on page 15 of my report.
Strategy #3: Never sell to one when you can sell to many
The point of doing group presentations is to connect with as many qualified prospects while you’re standing right in front of them. So it’s important to craft a message that rings true with your audience, addresses their pain, and offers a solution by hiring you. When your group presentations are created with this intent, your customers are clear on their next steps, and your presentation moves them to do something, creating immediate income for you.
